Update GWT module DTD files that are still using the 2.5.0 DTD

      I saw this in a few files:

      But we're using a newer GWT version than 2.4.0 or 2.5.0.

      Now there's: http://www.gwtproject.org/doctype/2.8.0/gwt-module.dtd
      (which is not an svn link, so it's better because scm agnostic).
