Workbench: Provide use-case based configuration templates

      Provide pre-configured set of templates for selected use cases OptaPlanner supports. This should provide a good starting point for users who try to set up a planning problem in the Workbench.

      There are at least 2 options to go:

      • Provide a wizard that comes up with a list of the templates. It should be either a part of creating new project / function that imports the template into existing project
      • Download all the templates automatically when starting the workbench. One downside of this approach is downloading unnecessary content.

      Identify which templates we should include. Create JIRA subtasks for each of the templates.
