1. Login in BC with plannermgmt role.
2. Go to project authoring and create Solver configuration.

Expected result: Created file is grouped under "Solver configuration" dropdown.
Actual result: Created file is under "Text" dropdown.

Description

Solver configuration files (*.solver) are not grouped together as "Solver configuration" in PE but instead only as "Text". This issue was found on 6.5.x upstream snapshot from this week and is a regression from 6.3.1 product (see the screenshots from both versions).
