OptaPlanner extension doesn't run on 1 processor machine

      When OptaPlanner Kie server is started on 1 processor machine it crash with error listed in attachment.
      Seems to be caused by setting core pool size for thread pool to 2 cores in OptaplannerKieServerExtension.

      It could be good to fix it by lowering thread pool to 1 or by adding validation checking amount of available processors.
