The score of the bestSolution is set before it is (fully) initialized, but from Solver.getBestSolution() it's not detectable that it's not yet initialized

      OptaPlanner returned best solution with initialized score, but without planning variables assigned to planning entities.

      It was simulated in Kie server integration tests, test OptaplannerIntegrationTest.testGetBestSolution(). This issue happens just rarely, making it hard to catch.
      This problematic response was returned right after planning problem was sent - there was maybe 25 milliseconds difference between sending planning problem and retrieving best solution.
