Multiple nearby selectors should share their distance matrix

    Description

      If we enable change moves and swap moves and tail swap moves, each with nearby selection, then the nearby selection distance matrix will be create 3 times.

      This should be shared through the supply and demand system. And that system needs to be made scope smart...
