My observations while working with nearby selection:

1. nearby selection configuration in documentation doesn't work. I've copy-paste it, change nearbyDistanceMeter and planner fails fast. (has it changed somehow in 6.3.0? ), so good workaround is necessary
2. users need to be told that nearby selection for LS is stochastic, and for CH it's deterministic. Renaming one would be nice since both algorithms work differently.
3. stochastic CH is also possible
