    Description

      If nearby is enabled on two subsequent local searches, an NPE ensues.

      java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "java.util.List.size()" because "this.cachedEntityList" is null
	at org.optaplanner.core.impl.heuristic.selector.entity.FromSolutionEntitySelector.getSize(FromSolutionEntitySelector.java:106)
