Both main and 9.x will have a separate folder on Jenkins (note: manually create a new seed job for 9.x).

In jobs.groovy, create new environment variables based on the GIT_BRANCH parameter. In Jenkins files, make decisions based on the new environment variables.

Requirements:

• optaweb and quickstarts will release from a 9.x.y release branch created from main
• downstream builds must keep working with optaplanner main (version 8); the optaplanner repository must be migrated as a part of the upstream repository build command for optaweb and quickstarts (not a part of this ticket; see https://issues.redhat.com/browse/PLANNER-2896)
