Provide a run script for the Kubernetes demo

The Kubernetes demo is very complex to get running. To improve the getting started experience, create a shell script that sets up the environment:

• install the operators optaplanner depends on: KEDA, ArtemisCloud
• install the optaplanner-operator
• deploy the demo-app (UI)
