1. Remove all use of momentjs etc from the quickstarts *.js files (all use-cases + all technology subfolders) in favor of joda-js.

Optional:

2. Optionally extract a common.js file that is exactly the same between all examples to hold tango time, error handling, etc. That will make it easier to detect if that code is't in sync between the quicksarts. Don't extract that into its own webjar because that complicates the reuse of the quickstarts (yes that means we violate DRY, but so be it).

3. Optionally upgrade the webjar dependencies.
