Variable listeners code cleanup

Candidates:

• Only do notificationQueuesAreEmpty = false; if there are any notifiables.
• Remove empty after methods from VariableListenerSupport.
• Reorder before/after methods so that entity, basic variable and list variable methods are grouped together. Especially entityAdded and entityRemoved should be together.
• Review score directors' before after methods and resolve raw type issues.
