Prepare a demo showing solver workloads on OpenShift

Prepare a repository with a demo app and scripts required to show the solver on OpenShift.

Purpose:

• this demo is a prerequisite for PLANNER-2700 and PLANNER-2699
• it's also a starting point for anybody interested in playing with the solver operator
• verifies the architecture in a real use case

Idea:

• the solver project run by the optaplanner-solver-operator is based on the school timetabling quickstarts
• it reads the dataset from a DB; to show scaling, the DB has to support multiple tenants
• there are either scripts or a demo app deployable to OpenShift that fills the DB and sends messages to the input Kafka topic
