List variable pinning

    Description

      We need two types of pinning:

      1. Pin a list variable's sublist on a given entity up to a given index. This is for the frozen window use case.
      2. Pin a certain value to a certain entity. For example, Task A can only be executed by Beth. This can probably be achieved using a hard constraint.

For low priority issues, known workarounds exist or are not needed due to the trivial effort needed to address the issue.
