When ProblemFactChanges (PFCs) are processed, the solver is restarted and, as a result, the working solution in the ScoreDirector is set to the clone of the last best solution, effectively re-initializing the ScoreDirector.
As the last best solution is set from the working solution after applying the available PFCs, we may skip resetting the working solution in the ScoreDirector.
