When we run an OptaPlanner plain Java quickstart, we get a memory leak. Instances of PhreakPropagationContext grow to the millions and are never reclaimed. (Image shows VisualVM sampler after ~5 minutes.)

However, when we disable the multi-threaded solver, the issue is not there. (Again, VisualVM sampler after ~5 minutes.)
