Termination config does not support custom properties

The documentation section https://docs.optaplanner.org/latestFinal/optaplanner-docs/html_single/index.html#customTerminationSelectorOrAcceptor describes how to create a custom termination and pass custom properties to it. However, the TerminationConfig does not support any custom properties.
