When the optaplanner repo upgraded quarkus to 2.0.0.CR3, so should optaplanner-quickstarts repo (development branch of course) upgrade then too.

Do note that as soon as quarkus 2.0.0.Final is out, both optaplanner repo and optaplanner-quickstarts should be using that instead. Right now we can't release optaplanner as is because of this CR dependency, I 'd argue.
