Backport to 8.11.x too.

Right now when Quarkus team wants to verify Quarkus platform, they run provided test jars. But these are only smoke tests not covering completely OptaPlanner extensions so even they pass the build of Quarkus platform can fail.

Provide more tests than smoke tests to Quarkus team.
