    Description

      Import Quarkus BOM (io.quarkus:quarkus-bom) into optaplanner-build-parent and remove dependencyManagement entries and version properties that are defined by this BOM.

      Remove the existing import of Quarkus BOM from optaplanner-quarkus-integration module, since it gets there from the optaplanner-build-parent.
