The spring-boot quickstart has ProblemChangedRepositoryEventListener
which make sure that the add/remove lesson/timeslot/room buttons in the UI short-circuit on the server and don't corrupt the solving.

The quarkus impl should get something similar. Check on quarkus's zulip chat if they have an equivalent for @RepositoryEventHandler
