Some tests fail with missing XSD when project built in IDE

• Build project in IDE. (I'm using IntelliJ IDEA.)
• Run tests from the same IDE.
• Notice tests failing due to Solver XSD missing.

What most likely happens is that IDEA clears the target dir, and therefore doesn't have the XSD the tests will be using for reading solver XMLs.

After the project is built from the command line, and before rebuilding in IDE, the tests work fine.
