Adding a skill to employee during solving has no effect

      1. Run the app via run.sh
      2. Add a new skill
      3. Run solving
      4. Edit an employee, adding the new skill created in step 2.

      When the solver is running, editing an employee (e.g. by adding a skill) has no effect, although the UI informs about the successful update of the employee. See the attached screenshots.
