Investigate cannot re-exec process optaweb on openshift

So the issue is not repeating every time, it fails during running cypress tests

Then if you connect to it by the ssh you get:

[hudson@psi-rhel8-podman-20630 ~]$ podman info
Error: could not get runtime: cannot re-exec process

This happens when a user tries to run the command by Hudson credentials, using Sudo acc that error disappear

Option1: grant permissions to Hudson. Not safe option.
Option2: switch to the docker. Needs additional effort to create a special node for RHEL7
