      Replace the current jboss spec JAR and glassfish impl:

      org.jboss.spec.javax.xml.bind:jboss-jaxb-api_2.3_spec:jar

      org.glassfish.jaxb:jaxb-runtime:jar:2.3.3-b02

      with the Jakarka EE API jar and the com.sun implementation of JAXB.
