      Make the switch from XStream to JAXB:

      • OptaPlanner uses JAXB to (un)marshall any solver and benchmark configuration
      • any presence of XStream is removed moves to a subtask
      • Configurations of all OptaPlanner examples and quickstarts are updated if there are any backward-incompatible changes
      • we use ony jakarta EE spec jars moves to a subtask
