Presume the following log:
mm:ss
00:00 Solver started
00:01 First best solution event
00:20 Second best solution event
03:00 Third best solution event // Last best solution event
40:00 Solver finished.

how long did it solve? It solved for 40 minutes, but that PR change will report it as 3 minutes. It used to be 40.
yet not test coverage went off for that bug.
