If an entity's the value range is empty or a single element, it should set it and make it syntetically immovable

    Description

      Given these entities with value range:

      • Talk A, value range: [Timeslot 1, Timeslot 2, Timeslot 3]
      • Talk B, value range: [Timeslot 1]
      • Talk C, value range: []

      then

      • task B should be assigned to timeslot 1 before the phases start
      • both task B and C should be ignored (= immovable) for the move selectors
