Create OpenShift templates that build vehicle routing from source and deploy it into local OpenShift 4 cluster. Result should be same as when the app is deployed using RHPDS with one important difference: avoid using pre-built image.

It is unclear at which point to download OSM file and how to store it. It may be done automatically or manually, before, during the build or when the app is running.
