Implement the planning server startup and one-way solution processing:
(solution "recovery" and updates not included)
1) start solver
2) query the available tasks
3) apply the solutions into the jBPM server considering non disruption, etc
4) modifying jbpm-wb queries for displaying only planned tasks that are in the "published" plann. Ej, publish only "five" tasks.
