Description
Define and implement the planning API that will be used for:
1) get the list of tasks from kie-server by loading also the skills, affinities and plannig parameters stored within the task
2) given a solution be able to assign the tasks at the jBPM runtime
Phase1 is based on existing jBPM runtime REST APIs as much as posible
