PoC of using Cypress for end-to-end UI testing

• try implementing very basic test using Cypress [1]
• ask in other teams for tools for UI testing

Things that need to be resolved:

• working with Redux state to setup the application (avoid clicking in UI that is a test setup in fact)
• avoid waiting for map tiles to be downloaded
• running the tests in CI
• how to efficiently select elements in DOM
