This consists of two parts:
1. HTML for CloudForms Catalog Item Description. It's part of the demo onboarding process. Contains link to a detailed demo walkthrough (Google doc/www.optaplanner.org). It's rather static.
2. The walkthrough, which is a separate document. Can evolve over time.

The goal is to provide the HTML description to unblock the onboarding and prepare a basic demo walkthrough covering current features (geocoding, export). We can expand it later as new features are added.
