      1. Login as an admin user.
      2. Edit analyst role to be read-only for Projects.
      3. Login as an analyst user.
      4. Open a data object.
      5. Open OptaPlanner widget.
      6. Try to select Planning Entity or Planning Solution.
      7. Result: It is possible to change the Planner Settings and the source code is also changed.
      8. Expected: The radio buttons should be disabled.

    Description

      OptaPlanner Widget radio buttons are not disabled for project read-only users. They should be disabled when user has no permissions to update a projects.
