Speaker needs 30 minutes to move from one room to another, to answer questions offline and to decompress, if he has 2 talks that have less time less.
Even if the room is the same, there cannot be less than this time limit.

This is a hard constraint.

That 30 minutes needs to be a ConferenceParametrization too (and the weight on this constraint too?).
