As a user I want to have the option to add locations by entering a city or street name. Entering any search string should offer best matching results and I want to be able to complete the search by selecting one of the matches.

The selected address should be used in some form as a label for the location in the location list and in the location tooltip on the map. It would be nice if the closest address was automatically looked up and used for locations entered by clicking the map.

Technical note: Find the best service with a simple API against which the UI will be coded. Then think about which of those services might be usable for VRP example, how they are compatible with other components that we're going to use (OSRM, GraphHopper, Google Maps) and how to make them switchable.
