It currently takes 1m 7s on my machine. The max time budget for any "normal" test is 10 seconds. We should make it a turtle test.
When we move to JUnit 5, we can diversify between "commit tests", "PR tests" (which includes a bit more) and "turtle tests" (which includes all).
