OptaShift employee rostering: refactor to the new class diagram for ShiftTemplate, RosterState and remove Timeslot

See attached files. In the meeting we decided we want to go for this model.
Feel free to split this up into separate jira's.
First step is probably to remove Timeslot.

We won't implement AvailababilityTemplate for now.
