OptaShift: remove EmployeeGroup and SpotGroup classes

To name some typical developer memes:
Less is more.
YAGTNI (You ain't going to need it).
When in doubt, leave it out.

Remove the domain objects SpotGroup and EmployeeGroup and all their related REST methods. There's no proof a user would need this.
