Consider where these multi-cluster-related quick starts could be surfaced within the “All Clusters” view, and whether or not these Quick Starts should be available from the same Quick Start Catalog as all others related to single clusters.

What happens when a Quick Start takes users into a single-cluster? When might that happen?
