Map out the end-to-end user flow for the ROSA Hands-on Experience from RHDC and HCC

XMLWordPrintable

Description: As a member of the RHDC and HCC teams, I want to map out the end-to-end user flow for the ROSA Hands-on Experience (HoE) to provide a clear understanding of the various steps and touchpoints involved in the ROSA HoE cluster request process.

      Acceptance Criteria:

      1. Identify the key stages involved in the ROSA HoE cluster request process.
      2. Document the touchpoints and interactions between users and the system at each stage.
      3. Outline the actions and decisions required from users and the system at each touchpoint.
      4. Include relevant details such as required inputs, expected outputs, and any dependencies or prerequisites.
      5. Ensure the user flow is clear and easily understandable.
      6. Validate the user flow with stakeholders from RHDC and HCC to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Design Details: By mapping out the end-to-end user flow for the ROSA HoE cluster request process, we aim to minimize the time and effort required for new customers to get started with ROSA and understand its value proposition. This will provide a streamlined experience for users, making it easier for them to explore and adopt ROSA.
