      Background Info

dtaylor@redhat.com mentioned this story could capture:

      • Hide Operator-roles section until OIDC ID has been selected
      • Add rosa operator-roles cli instructions (prefilled with selected oidc-id and operator-role prefix) under the Operator role prefix input box.  Will update automatically on selected oidc-id change or operator-role prefix changes.
      • For Rosa classic, update button switcher text, proposed suggestions:
        • "Create OIDC Post Installation|Later" instead of "Red Hat managed the OIDC"
        • "Create OIDC Now" for "Manage the OIDC myself".
        • Actually, we can't just indicate OIDC as operator-roles are also part of the step.

Note: Will G. indicated rh-ee-adejong should weigh in on Rosa classic stuff.

      Goals

      • For ROSA classic, determine how the user can say to 'create OIDC now' vs 'create OIDC later (once cluster creation starts)'
      • Communicate to the user what the cli command is to create an OIDC (if creating now)
      • Allow an operator roles prefix to be specified (only if creating now, or always?)
      • Communicate to the user what the cli command is that creates their operator roles, this will be updated based on the selected oidc and specified operator role prefix

Definition of Done - targeted for [sprint/date]
