User Story

As a customer who has select GCP as my preferred cloud I want to be able to pay for OpenShift Dedicated through GCP to allow me to take advantage of my committed spend agreement with Google and also to allow me to consume on-demand as well as with an upfront commitment.

Acceptance Criteria

• Customer is able to deploy OSD with existing subscriptions purchased through Red Hat (maintain current state)
• Customer deploying OSD without OSD subscription is prompted to purchase subscription through Red Hat or prompted to link Google Marketplace account
• Customer can purchase annual subscription from GCP or use on-demand
• For annual commitments any overage is billed as on-demand usage
