This story is part of the new UI parity effort. There should be a fairly straightforward porting of one new page and 2 new actions:

• Tag History is present in the old UI, we need to expose it through the new UI
• Tag Expiration and Label Management are existing actions on tags that are present in the old UI but not yet available in the new UI.

Acceptance Criteria

• In the new UI a user can navigate to a specific tag and perform the following actions:
  • Create and Delete labels, such as `test=true`
  • Create, Update, and Delete an expiration date
  • View the history of a tag, a complete timeline of events for the tag
