The purpose of this story is to create an advanced Dynamic Plugin for the VerticalPodAutoscaler resource which would demonstrate an actual usage of the Dynamic Plugin feature.

The work will require a co-op with the Node Team, the owner of the VPA resource. The plugin would be delivered through their operator.

      AC:

      • extend the Workloads Nav section, by adding VPA after HPA
      • add list view
        • Create action
        • Each VPA entry will have the following actions in its kebab menu:
          • Edit label
          • Edit annotation
          • Edit VPA
          • Delete VPA
      • add extensive Details page (UX input)
      • create a form (TBD)
      • the plugin will be installed via the VPA operator

      Questions:

      1. what is the right place to expose VPA in the navigation
