Design work for Hypershift cluster creation for ROSA was captured by PD-1434. This story captures any needed changes to the Cluster details page for a ROSA hypershift cluster.

This story captures MVP-type behavior to make sure what is shown in the UI for CLI-created hypershift cluster's isn't inaccurate or misleading.

A follow on story will capture actual desired ROSA hypershift day 2 behaviors. 

If some setting was removed/immutable for hypershift in the ROSA wizard, that would still be the case for editing the value on day 2 (in cluster details.)
