The purpose of this story is to create designs for a minimal Dynamic Plugin, the CronTab CRD which would demonstrate a real usage of the Dynamic Plugin feature.

CronTab CRD which is also used in official k8s docs for various examples.

Designs should include: 

• extend the Workloads Nav section, by adding CronTab 
• list view for CronTabs. 
• each will have a kebab menu with the following options:
  • Edit labels
  • Edit annotations
  • Edit CronTab
  • Delete CronTab
• Details page
