In order to bridge the gap for a user to understand the Baremetal/On-prem solution in MCE, we should update the way we introduce Infra Environments. 

We've heard from a customer recently that infra environments were confusing.

We should aim for users to quickly understand how to discover their hosts. 

Proposed solution:
1. Rename “Infrastructure Environments” to “Host Inventory”
2. On the Host inventory page educate the user on the purpose of infrastructure environments.
