Goal
Improve discoverability of dynamic plugins in the console.

Requirements

• Currently, users need to navigate to the following to see and managed plugins, making it difficult to discover.
  • Cluster Settings ->
  • Global configuration ->
  • Console (operator) config ->
  • Console plugins
  • We should look at surfacing plugin details where they're easier to find – perhaps on the Cluster Settings page – or at least provide a more convenient link somewhere in the UI.
