The new and improved ROSA wizard is targeted for 2.6 in ACM. We should ensure we are considering this in the work being done around Hypershift to provide all available options based on provider selection. 

This should only require a new card in the cluster creation flow:
Choose provider (AWS)
Choose ROSA 
Launch ROSA wizard

Questions:
How should this impact the cluster list/details view?
Should a user understand the type of cluster they've created (ROSA, Stand alone, Host, Host service) from the list view?
